The drawings also include a few changes that have been directed by the Tenant
or have been rec&--d t-- :--solve cerstruction questions. All change`'t. the drawings have been clouded.
We would also like to provide the following explanation for our response to you specific comments.
EvRn
1 Doors 177 aid 177.E onould be shown as se tiosinp, me hour assemblies as they xorect openings within Cie one -hour xcupancy
ceoaraoon Sechon3023
We agree and wil! comely. For ciarifcaticn, the second door is actually numbered 177.3. We have changed the designation of Rooms
134 ano 163 from "Corridor" to "Exit Enclosure". The rooms are now shown with 1-hour walls and
ceiling enclosure and 60-minute rated doors. We have revised the plan so that there are no doors
entering these spaces from rooms that are not normally occupied. We believe these changes
resolved the exiting issues raised by your comment. Door 137 is only a requited exit when the accordion doors are bath extended
separating the Conference Room into 3 rooms (136, 137, 138). The occupant load of Room 137 is
less than 50 so Door 137 is not required to swing in the direction of travel.
