Many of these criteria are Intended to address new or expanded <br />utility structures (i.e., monopoles) and do not apply to this application. A copy of these criteria Is attached for reference. <br />DECISION: The proposal is approved as submitted subject to compliance with all city, state and federal regulations. The <br />following conditions shall apply: <br />1. All equipment cabinets must be visually screened and acoustically shlelde.f. <br />2.
