Parking for the driving range will be separate from the parking of the <br /> manufacturing plant to the east. Access to the parking will be off <br /> 80th Street SW. The Everett Planning Department recommended approval of the Special. <br /> Property Use Permit subject to the conditions as set forth in the staff <br /> report. <br /> ' CCNCLUSICNS � <br /> 1. The application is for the approval of a Special Property Use Permit { <br /> �. LQ for the construction of a golf driving range on nine acres on property <br /> located east of 16th Avenue West and north of 80th Street SW, in the <br /> City of Everett, Washington. <br /> 2. The proposed use is located in a Medium Manufacturing Zone. Pursuant <br /> to the Everett Municipal Code a golf course/driving range is an allowed <br /> use with a Special Property Use Permit. <br /> 3. In order for a Special Property Use Permit to be granted within the <br /> City of Everett, the criteria of EMC 19.58.010.B (1-3) must be <br /> satisfied. with conditions, these criteria are satisfied. <br /> 4. The proposed use is compatible with other uses in the vicinity. It <br /> provides recreational amenities to the Medium Manufacturing Zone. <br />
