The traffic mitigation fee of S6,036.00 is required prior to issuance of the first building permit for the project. If the use of the Phase 1 building becomes more intense, an additional traffic mitigation fee may be required. Traffic mitigation for Phase 2 will be determined at the time a building permit application is submitted in accordance with the ordinance in effect at that time. 16.
