7. Noise levels generated by traffic on Casino and iardeson Roads are high. <br />Construction techniques must be utilized in order to limit interior noise <br />levels to a maximum of 45 db-A. The project includes a landscaped berm <br />adjacent to Casino Rd. <br />8. A landscape plan must be approved by the Planning Dept. and landscaping installed <br />prior to occupancy. Parking areas'fronting on a public right of way shall provide <br />a five foot planting area along that frontage. A minimum of 56 of total parking <br />area must be landscaped. <br />9. Water mains of sufficient size nust be extended to provide minimum required fire <br />flow in conformance with Fire Department requirements. A fire hydrant is required <br />within 200 feet but not closer than 50 feet of all buildings. <br />10. During construction, City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris and <br />all truck traffic to and from the site within the City of Everett shall be on <br />arterial streets unless otherwise approved by the Public Works Department. <br />11. There is an existing 6" intermediate pressure gas line on W.
