Macaulay MAI, Macauly & Associates <br />Comments in support of the proposal, "Development of a good quality, mixed use master <br />planned development like that which is currently proposed would have a positive impact on <br />property values in the surrounding vicinity." The commenter notes nearby Harbor Pointe as a <br />good example. <br />Response: Thank you for your comments. <br />11. H. George Newman, AICP, President, <br />Newman & Associates, LLC <br />Supports proposal, states, "This is a rare opportunity within an Urban Growth Area (UGA) to <br />transform a gravel pit into a quality mixed-use neighborhood based on a unified master plan with <br />contemporary urban design standards." <br />Staff response: Thank you for your comments. <br />13. Rickard Siegle <br />Comments regarding truck parking along Sievers-Duecy Boulevard. Mr. Siegle states, "(parked) <br />trucks are especially noisy at night, especially when they leave their refeer (refrigeration unit) <br />running, sometimes as long as 5 straight days." <br />Response: The noted trucks are parked in an industrial zone, and on City of Everett Right -Of - <br />Way. It is recommended the commenter work with the City Traffic Engineer on this matter. <br />This issue is unrelated to the project as proposed, and is a current condition of the site. <br />14. Zane, Vice President <br />Real Estate Operations <br />Campbell's (StockPot) <br />"Campbell's and StockPot wish to reiterate their concerns relating to the environmental impacts <br />of the Proposal, some of which were discussed in our November 6, 2008 comment letter on the <br />MDNS for the Proposal (the "MDNS Letter," submitted prior to the withdrawal of MDNS <br />"SEPA 08-042 for the Proposal) and in our April 15, 2009 comment letter on the scope of the <br />SEIS ("SEIS Scoping Letter")." <br />Response: As called for in foot note one on page 1 of your comment letter, the noted earlier <br />letters are attached and made part of this document, the Final Supplemental Environmental <br />Impact Statement (FSEIS). <br />Chapter 1 — General Comments <br />3 <br />
