SEPA Checklist City/Snohomish County <br /> 11. DOH Plan Review Washington Dept. of Health <br /> A total of 40 man-hours are budgeted for the work of this task. <br /> Task 6. Final Design <br /> Prepare updated final design contract documents for the Phase 6 Project as follows: <br /> 1. Structural Design. Conduct a detailed structural design of the Transmission Line 3 and <br /> pile bent support system based on the pipeline/pile bent configuration shown in the <br /> existing Phase 7 contract drawings, 2009 IBC parameters and updated geotechnical <br /> report. Analysis shall include design for internal working and surge pressures, external <br /> seismic loading conditions, temperature stresses, required pipe bending stresses, and <br /> definition of the final pipe wall thickness design. <br /> 2. Revise Contract Drawings. Revise the existing thirty-five (35) Phase 7 drawings to <br /> include the following: <br /> • Incorporate applicable April 2005 bid addenda items from Addenda 1 through 4. <br /> • Review and incorporate into the Phase 7 design applicable Phase 6, 2008 Addenda <br /> items. <br /> • Review and incorporate applicable Phase 6 design modifications identified within <br /> change orders, RFI's, CDC's and November 2008 updated drawings. Applicable <br /> modifications include pile-to-pile cap connections; interior & exterior pile coatings, <br /> pile coating lengths, resolution of potential conflicts with existing TL #2, 3 and 4 <br /> piles, pile saddle detail for sloped saddles at east end, check of coordinates & <br /> stationing, and associated civil and structural drawing enhancements similar to Phase <br /> 6. <br /> • Incorporate 2010 structural design modifications based on 2009 IBC requirements. <br /> • Update CAD drawings to match current Everett standards. <br /> MWH Page 5 EVERETT PHASE 7 <br /> 8/12110 EXHIBIT A—SCOPE OF WORK <br /> 34 <br />
