Deliverables: 1) Study exhibits to advance PS&E of Railroad Corridor trail and bridge, <br /> Fire Access road/trail and bridge, and Bigelow Creek trail and bridge. <br /> 009. 3-Acre Park Development <br /> 9.1 Advance 3-Acre Park Components toward 60% Design: Provide additional detail to <br /> 30% document set to advance to design development, incorporating information made <br /> available through CITY review and any preliminary permit agency comments, soils <br /> information data gathered from field exploration, and hydrological information provided <br /> by other team members. Components of the 3-Acre Park include the restroom/picnic <br /> shelter building, crane refurbishment and (optional) tensile fabric structure, crane <br /> pad/viewpoint, gangway/ramp and floating dock, including piling support, interconnecting <br /> trails, parking lot including ingress/egress, access to Lift Station 33 and related support <br /> facilities, children's play area, interpretive signage. <br /> Deliverables: 1) Study exhibits to advance PS&E of 3-Acre Park. <br /> 010. Contingency and Misc. Projects/Tasks <br /> Scope of work as determined and approved by CITY. <br /> 011. Stormwater Management Implementation (Bigelow Creek Grant Work) <br /> Work of this task is ongoing as authorized under Amendment#1 of this contract. See <br /> more defined project scope in WSDOE Agreement with City of Everett and Ecology <br /> Grant Number G08 <br /> 012. Partial PS&E for Preliminary Grading, Drainage, and Planting in 3-Acre Park <br /> and Railroad Corridor <br /> 12.1Coordination Meetings: Coordinate with Group 1 (41st Street Roundabout, Bridge, and <br /> alignment of Eclipse Mill Road at 3-Acre Park and entrance to Lift Station 33) and Group <br /> 2 (Utilities in Railroad Corridor, Lift Station 33 building pad and access from 3-Acre Park <br /> entrance road) design teams for delivery of products under this task. Up to 2 team <br /> meetings included for coordination of technical data and document review. <br /> 12.2 Document Review: Review and incorporate technical data and documentation <br /> generated by Group 2 including geotechnical evaluation, stormwater hydraulic <br /> assessment (for final drainage scenario), hydrologic (stormwater runoff) calculation, and <br /> final technical memoranda generated from the above analysis. <br /> 12.3Partial Plans, Specifications and Bid Estimates (PS&E): Prepare PS&E for <br /> Preliminary grading of 3-Acre Park and Railroad Corridor Enhancements. Components <br /> of the 3-Acre Park include fill to rough subgrade, ingress/egress curb returns for parking <br /> lot, temporary access to Lift Station 33 and adjacent support facilities, required demolition <br /> and erosion control measures, and temporary seeding/planting as required for these <br /> improvements. Components of the Railroad Corridor Enhancements include cut/fill to <br /> rough subgrade for the trail embankment and adjacent wetland creation/enhancement <br /> channel, preload design as required for trail and lift station 33, construction phasing <br /> and/or stream diversion/dewatering, final grading and stabilization at outfall, <br /> stormdrainage (cross culverts under the embankment and trailside ditch), (1) new bridge <br /> including footings and approach, required demolition and erosion control measures, <br /> 15 7 <br />
