Construction Services <br /> 1. Construction project management services. <br /> 2. Attend preconstruction conference. <br /> 3. Assist with providing electronic data for construction surveying. <br /> 4. Assist with submittal /shop drawing review. <br /> 5. Assist with Contractor RFIs, change order requests and claims. <br /> 6. Participate in up to four sites visits to monitor construction progress. <br /> 7. At City's option, prepare Construction Record Drawings (one draft and one final <br /> version assumed). <br /> 8.
