III. Assumptions: • City to provide electronic GIS base map of project area including the following information: connection points, water system, sewer system, storm water system, buildings, quarter sections, street centerlines, control monuments, paved streets, alleys, bridges, parcels, lots, right-of-way, and utility easements. • City to provide electronic templates for plan sheets, including City CAD and survey standards on CD. • City to provide 2010 Standard Specification in Microsoft Word format, including: Divisions 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, and 9, Divisions B, C, F, P, and T, and Appendices A through D. • City to provide field book for design survey. • City to provide record drawings for City water, sewer, and storm drains within the project area. • City to provide sample plans and specifications (hard copy) from a recent water project for reference. • City to provide electronic CAD files of necessary City standard drawings for the project. • City will take lead role on obtaining permits, coordination with WSDOT and the SEPA checklist. • The City will be responsible for reproducing bid documents from the original copy provided to the City by Roth Hill • City to take lead on construction administration and provide construction inspection services. • City to maintain field redlines documenting construction progress and variations from the design drawings, to be provided to Roth Hill for preparation of Construction Record Drawings. 183
