• (17) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Subordination Agreement substantially in the form provided for the Assistance League of Everett to refinance existing mortgage and to sign necessary documents, as approved by the City Attorney's Office, to implement the Agreement (18) Authorize the Mayor to execute the Interagency Agreement with the Washington State Department of Commerce Growth Management Services for an economic feasibility study of TDR receiving areas throughout the city (19) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with J. Bozeat &Associates, LLC for valve and valve actuator related services at the Water Filtration Plant at no additional cost (20) Authorize the Mayor to sign a 2010 Memorandum of Understanding with the Washington Traffic Safety Commission regarding participation in high visibility enforcement traffic safety emphasis patrols PUBLIC HEARING: 2011 BUDGET HEARINGS — 2nd Hearing.
