Attend preconstruction conference. 3. Assist with providing electronic data for construction surveying. 4. Assist with submittal /shop drawing review. 5. Assist with Contractor RFIs, change order requests and claims. 6. Participate in up to four sites visits to monitor construction progress. 7. At City's option, prepare Construction Record Drawings (one draft and one final version assumed). 8. Project close-out and attend post-construction meeting with City. Deliverable.: • Hard copies of Bid Drawing Sets, one each of 11" x 17" and 22" x 34" Drawings, signed and stamped "camera ready" for reproduction by City, electronic CAD files. • Electronic files for construction surveying. • Reviewed submittals: either redlined hard copies, electronic versions of redlined submittals, or summary memos, as preferred by City. • Written responses (electronic) to contractor's RFIs, change order requests, and claims. • Hard copies of Draft Construction Record Drawings—6 copies of 11" x 17" Drawings for review by City. • Hard copies of Final Construction Record Drawings, one each of 11" x 17" and 22" x 34" Drawings, signed and stamped, electronic CAD files. III. Assumptions: • City to provide electronic GIS base map of project area including the following information: connection points, water system, sewer system, storm water system, buildings, quarter sections, street centerlines, control monuments, paved streets, alleys, bridges, parcels, lots, right-of-way, and utility easements. • City to provide electronic templates for plan sheets, including City CAD and survey standards on CD. • City to provide 2010 Standard Specification in Microsoft Word format, including: Divisions 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, and 9, Divisions B, C, F, P, and T, and Appendices A through D. • City to provide field book for design survey. 34
