g. Consultant field personnel will not attempt a confined space entry <br /> 3. Elevations will be referenced to NAVD "88" or City supplied datum. <br /> 4. Surveys will be "ground"distances derived from Washington State Plane,NAD 83(91) <br /> Coordinates, North Zone. <br /> 5. Two Street Monuments located within the project limits will require the filing of DNR <br /> Monument Destruction Permits. <br /> 6. Replacement of two street monuments and preparation of DNR completion reports and <br /> City of Everett Monument forms located within the project limits will be provided for by <br /> separate Agreement. <br /> Survey scope will-include the following subtasks: <br /> 1. Project Management: <br /> a. Project management, staff oversight and control. <br /> b. Perform Quality Assurance reviews at completion of the horizontal and vertical <br /> control survey, topographic survey and basemap preparation. <br /> 2. Coordination of field work with BNSF and Pacific Geomatics. <br /> 3. Field Survey: <br /> a. Horizontal control (NAD 83/91) and vertical control (NAVD 88) shall be established <br /> from City control monument for the project. Control monument selection and survey <br /> methodology to be used shall be coordinated with the City prior to beginning the control <br /> survey. All survey control work shall be recorded in a City-supplied field book. <br /> b. Establish state plane coordinates for right-of-way and survey control monuments in the <br /> project area. It is estimated that there will be two monuments disturbed by the construction <br /> contractor. Perteet will set references and prepare the Department of Natural Resources <br /> (DNR)"Application for Permit to Remove or Destroy a Survey Monument"for two <br /> monuments on Broadway at Hewitt and California Avenues. <br /> c. Survey significant features within the rights-of-way to twenty-five beyond on adjacent <br /> properties, locating the readily visible surface and above ground features such as <br /> building corner locations, doorways with finish floor elevations, curbs, gutter and <br /> sidewalk, driveways, parking areas, landscaped areas, fences, walls, and significant <br /> trees (defined as trees with a trunk diameter of six inches [6"] or greater as measured <br /> three and one-half feet [3.5] above grade) within the project limits; as well as other <br /> significant natural and manmade details. We will also locate painted utility locate marks <br /> and inverts of pipes for curb inlets, catch basins and manholes and ditches,and other visible <br /> surface features. <br /> d. Survey the railroad and appurtenances within project limits. <br /> e. Profile street centerlines at twenty five foot(25') intervals. <br /> f. Survey existing clearance heights over the railroad tracks at Oaks, Lombard <br /> and E. Portal of Tunnel <br /> 4. Office Survey and Mapping: <br /> a. Review Title Reports and calculate rights-of-way, property boundaries and alignment <br /> centerlines. <br /> b. Prepare AutoCAD basemap of the project including: <br /> 16 <br />
