Section 35: Definition. Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1847-92, as amended, (EMC 19.4.020), <br />definition of "Environmentally Sensitive Area Protective Covenant," which currently reads <br />as follows: <br />"Environmentally sensitive area protective covenant" means a covenant granted for the <br />protection of an environmentally sensitive area through the maintenance of the natural <br />environment. The covenant prohibits alteration of the area and must be duly recorded on <br />appropriate documents of title and filed with the Snohomish County auditor. <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Critical area protective covenant" means a covenant granted for the protection of a <br />critical area and its buffer through the maintenance of the natural environment.
