• <br /> be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 14 : CONCURRENT REVIEW PROCESS: Any person <br /> proposing a land use project which would require more <br /> than one of the permits or approvals listed in Section <br /> 12A of this ordinance or which in addition to at least <br /> one such permit or approval would require a conditional <br /> use permit or variance under Title 19 of the City Code, <br /> may submit a concurrent application to the Planning <br /> Department, on form(s) furnished by the Planning <br /> Department, containing all necessary information. The <br /> concurrent application shall thereafter be jointly <br /> processed by the City subject to the most lengthy time <br /> limitation applicable to any of the required permits or <br /> approvals. For purposes of this section the Examiner <br /> shall have all the powers of the Board of Adjustment. <br /> The Examiner' s decision regarding issuance or denial of <br /> a conditional use permit or variance shall have the <br /> effect prescribed hereinafter. If any of the required <br /> permits or approvals fall within Section 12 .A. 2 of this <br /> ordinance, the decision of the Examiner as to all such <br /> permits or approvals shall constitute a recommendation <br /> to the City Council . Otherwise, the decision of the <br /> Examiner shall be final subject to appeal to the <br /> Council pursuant to Section 18 . The Planning <br /> Department may prescribe a reduced fee schedule for <br /> concurrent applications reflecting cost savings <br /> realized through unified processing. <br /> When the Examiner has an application which includes a <br /> development action listed in Section 12 .A of this <br /> ordinance which also includes a SEPA appeal, the <br /> hearings on the development action and SEPA appeal <br /> shall be concurrent. Whenever the hearings are <br /> concurrent and a SEPA appeal is involved, the action of <br /> the Examiner as to both the development action and SEPA <br /> appeal shall constitute a recommendation to the City <br /> Council. <br /> SECTION 4 : Section 15 of Ordinance No. 692-80 (EMC 2 . 23 . 150) <br /> as amended by Section 3 of Ordinance No. 819-81 reads as follows: <br /> Section 15 : REPORT BY PLANNING DEPARTMENT. When <br /> such application has been set for public hearing, the <br /> Planning Department shall coordinate and assemble the <br /> comments and recommendations of other City Departments <br /> and governmental agencies having an interest in the <br /> subject application and shall prepare a report <br /> summarizing the factors involved and the Planning <br /> Department findings and recommendations.
