A threshold determination requires further <br /> information from the applicant and/or <br /> consultation with other agencies with <br /> jurisdiction, as determined by the <br /> Responsible Official, in which case the <br /> running of the ninety (90) day period shall <br /> be stayed until the required information <br /> and/or consultation is provided; <br /> b. A threshold determination requires further <br /> studies, including field investigations <br /> initiated by the City, in which case the <br /> running of the ninety (90) day period shall <br /> be stayed until the required studies are <br /> provided; <br /> c.
