• <br /> shall furnish a bond in the sum of $1, 000. 00 <br /> conditioned that he will save harmless the City of <br /> Everett from any and all claims arising out of his <br /> actions in connection therewith and that he will <br /> faithfully remove all banners and decorations and <br /> replace and repair public property damaged, and <br /> will furnish a certificate showing evidence that <br /> he or it has liability insurance in effect during <br /> the terms of said license with an insurance <br /> company acceptable to the City Commissioners of <br /> the City of Everett with minimum limits for bodily <br /> injury to any one person in any one accident of <br /> $25, 000 and a limit of $50, 000 for bodily injury <br /> in any one accident and a limit of $10, 000 for <br /> property damage, provided further that such <br /> insurance shall be cancelable only after ten (10) <br /> days written notice to the City of Everett. <br /> Cancellation or voiding of applicant' s bond or <br /> insurance policy by whatsoever means shall <br /> automatically cancel said applicant' s license <br /> herein granted. <br /> be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 2 : Except when the City of Everett is <br /> the applicant, any person desiring to hang or <br /> suspend any sign, banner or decoration over or <br /> across the public streets or thoroughfares of the <br /> City of Everett as provided in Section 1 of this <br /> ordinance shall execute an agreement saving the <br /> City, its officers, employees and agents harmless <br /> and agreeing to indemnify the City from any and <br /> all claims arising out of the applicant's actions <br /> in connection with any approval granted by the <br /> City authorizing the hanging or suspension of any <br /> sign, banner or decoration. The applicant will <br /> faithfully repair and replace all property <br /> damaged. The applicant will furnish a certificate <br /> of insurance showing that the applicant has public <br /> liability and property damage insurance coverage <br /> in effect during the terms of said approval with <br /> an insurance company authorized to do business in <br /> the State of Washington with minimum limits for <br /> bodily injury or death to any one person in any <br /> one accident of $500, 000 and a minimum limit of <br /> $1, 000, 000 for bodily injury or death to two or <br /> more persons in any one occurrence and a minimum <br /> limit of $250, 000 for property damage for each <br /> occurrence, provided further that such insurance <br /> shall name the City of Everett, its officers, <br /> employees and agents as an additional named <br /> 2 <br />
