Review and process contract change requests and amendments, if needed. <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1. The project duration will be 17 months. <br /> • 2. One project management meeting will be per month. Four hours of project manager <br /> time will be required for each meeting to allow for preparation, attendance, follow-up, and <br /> notes. <br /> 3. Invoices will be HDR standard invoice format. <br /> 4. Expense backup will not be provided with invoices but will be available for review at HDR. <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1. Scope of services, schedule (Gantt chart or project milestones), and budget (Word/PDF <br /> files). <br /> 2. Project Management Plan (Project Guide) (Word/PDF file). <br /> 3. Subconsultant subcontracts. <br /> 4. Monthly.reports and invoices (one copy with invoice can be mailed or e-mailed PDF file). <br /> 5. Monthly project schedule and budget updates. <br /> 6. Project management meeting agenda and notes (e-mailed Word/PDF files). <br /> 7. On-line SharePoint internet site for posting and sharing project information. <br /> Task 200 — Kick-off Meetings <br /> Objective <br /> To hold two meetings between City of Everett Staff (City) and members of the HDR Team <br /> (Consultant) to establish the basis for the Sewer Plan. <br /> HDR Services <br /> 1. Combined project kick-off and risk management meeting <br /> A. Prepare an agenda, attend and facilitate the kick-off/risk management meeting to <br /> present the project scope, schedule,and deliverables and to refine and focus the <br /> services provided under the scope to provide the most value to the City as well as <br /> determine potential areas of concern by the City to be addressed in the CSP. <br /> B. Prepare a preliminary list of potential risks and risk register to begin the discussion and <br /> brainstorming of risks identified by, Public Works, administration, management, risk <br /> management, engineering, and operations staff. <br /> C.
