Hold one meeting to refine the draft stakeholder engagement strategy proposed below. The <br /> purpose is to define the list of stakeholders, topics for discussion, and appropriate methods <br /> and timing of engagement. <br /> A. The proposed stakeholders include two groups: <br /> i. City staff including Administration and Public Works <br /> ii. Others (Ecology, wholesale customers) <br /> B. The proposed topics include: <br /> i. Announce project and explain stakeholder involvement <br /> ii. Screen options for addressing sewer deficiencies (projects, policies & programs) <br /> iii. Discussion regarding desired/acceptable LOS <br /> iv. Rate impacts <br /> v. Draft 2012 Comprehensive Sewer Plan <br /> C. The proposed methods include: <br /> i. Council briefings <br /> ii. City project website <br /> 2.
