• <br /> • <br /> 1 <br /> SECTION 2: Section 2 . 070 of Ordinance No. 1671-89 , which reads: <br /> Relationship to Other Regulations and Requirements. All uses <br /> and development authorized by this Ordinance shall comply with <br /> all other regulations and requirements of the Everett Municipal <br /> Code or any other local , state or federal agency that has <br /> jurisdiction by law over land uses and development authorized by <br /> this Ordinance. Where a conflict exists between this Ordinance <br /> and other regulations, the more stringent requirements shall <br /> apply. <br /> is hereby amended to read: <br /> Relationship to Other Regulations and Requirements. All uses <br /> and development authorized by this Ordinance shall comply with <br /> all other regulations and requirements of the Everett Municipal <br /> Code or any other local , state or federal agency that has <br /> jurisdiction by law over land uses and development authorized by <br /> this Ordinance. If, in the opinion of the Planning Director neither <br /> section is more restrictive, the Planning Director shall <br /> determine how to apply the code. <br /> SECTION 3: Section 15. 030.A of Ordinance No. 1671-89 , as amended <br /> by Ordinance No. 1729-90 , which reads: <br /> A. Except as provided in Paragraph B of this Subsection, there <br /> shall be provided on each development site the following <br /> amounts of common open space ,which shall not include <br /> required setback areas: <br /> R-3 (L) , B-2(B) = two hundred (200) square feet per dwelling <br /> unit. <br /> R-3 , B-1 , B-2 = one-hundred fifty (150) square feet per <br /> dwelling unit. <br /> R-4 , C-1 = one hundred (100) square feet per dwelling unit. <br /> R-5 = Fifty (50) square feet per dwelling unit. <br /> is hereby amended to read: <br /> A. Except as provided in Paragraph B of this Subsection, there <br /> shall be provided on each development site the following <br /> amounts of common open space. The calculation of the <br /> required on-site open space required herein shall not <br /> include required setback areas, except for interior side <br /> setback areas which are contiguous with other on-site open <br /> space areas on lots within the Core Multiple Family Area, as <br /> indicated on Map No. 21-1 , or on lots containing less than <br /> 12 ,000 square feet: <br /> R-3(L) , B-2(B) = two hundred (200) square feet per dwelling <br /> unit. <br />
