Developments containing more than three dwelling units shall <br /> be required to provide building facade modulation on all <br /> facades in accordance with the standards listed in this <br /> paragraph. For multiple-family dwellings located in the <br /> Core Multiple Family Area indicated on Map No. 21-1, <br /> building facade modulation shall be required only on facades <br /> facing abutting streets and on facades facing abutting R-1 <br /> and R-2 zoned properties. <br /> 1.
