Clinics and medical related activities within a <br /> building containing not more than 40 , 000 square feet <br /> gross floor area for non-residential used, except that <br /> in "C" overlay zoned areas located south of 43rd Street <br /> the maximum gross floor area for non-residential use <br /> shall not exceed 20 ,000 square feet. Clinic and <br /> medical related activities located in the "C" overlay <br /> zone need not be located in a building containing a mix <br /> of residential and clinic or medical related uses. <br /> SECTION 10: Section 16. 030.A of Ordinance No. 1671-89 , which reads: <br /> A. Permitted Uses. <br /> 1 . Any use permitted in the underlying R-4 or R-5 zone <br /> subject to the standards of the underlying zone. <br /> 2 .
