• <br /> Group Home means: <br /> a. Group-Care Homes, Class I. State licensed foster homes for <br /> children (not including nursing homes) , homes for handicapped and <br /> physically disabled, homes for the mentally ill , and homes for <br /> those with developmental disabilities. Group-Care Homes, <br /> Class I, are sub-classified as follows: <br /> i. Group-Care Homes, Class I-A - a maximum of 6 residents and 2 <br /> resident staff; <br /> ii . Group-Care Homes, Class I-B - a maximum of 12 residents and <br /> 2 resident staff; and <br /> iii . Group-Care Homes, Class I-C - a maximum of 20 residents and <br /> 4 resident staff. <br /> b. Group-Care Homes, Class II. State-licensed group-care homes for <br /> juvenile delinquents, halfway houses providing residence in lieu <br /> of institutional sentencing, halfway houses providing residence <br /> to those needing correctional institutionalization, and <br /> residential rehabilitation centers for current abusers of alcohol <br /> and drugs. Group-Care Homes, Class II are sub-classified as <br /> follows: <br /> i. Group-Care Homes, Class II-A - a maximum of 6 residents and <br /> 2 resident staff; <br /> ii . Group-Care Homes, Class II-B - a maximum of 10 residents and <br /> 2 resident staff; and <br /> iii. Group-Care Homes, Class II-C - a maximum of 20 residents and <br /> 4 resident staff. <br /> H. "H" Terms <br /> Habitat management plan means an activity proposed by a public agency <br /> or private entity, and approved by the Planning Director, within an <br /> area which may impact a fish and wildlife conservation area to <br /> preserve, protect or enhance the fish and wildlife conservation area. <br /> Habitats of primary association means a critical component(s) of the <br /> habitats of federally or state listed endangered, threatened, <br /> candidate, sensitive, priority, and monitored wildlife or plant <br /> species which, if altered, may reduce the likelihood that the species <br /> will maintain and reproduce over the long term. Habitats of primary <br /> association include, but are not limited to, winter ranges, migration <br /> ranges, breeding sites, nesting sites, regular large concentrations, <br /> communal roosts, roosting sites, staging areas, and "priority <br /> habitats" listed by the Washington State Department of Wildlife. <br /> Hazardous waste means all dangerous and extremely hazardous waste as • <br /> defined in RCW 70. 105.010(15) , except for moderate risk waste as set <br /> forth in RCW 70. 105.010(17) . <br /> Hazardous waste storage means the holding of hazardous waste for a <br /> temporary period, as regulated by the State Dangerous Waste <br /> Regulations.
