Sensitive Areas <br /> include the following features: geologically hazardous areas; <br /> wetlands; streams; flood hazard areas; fish and wildlife <br /> conservation areas, and groundwater discharge areas. <br /> Section 74: Subsection 4. 020.A.59 of Ordinance 1671-89, which <br /> reads: <br /> "Environmentally Sensitive Area Protection Easement" means an <br /> easement granted to the City for the protection of an <br /> environmentally sensitive area through the maintenance of the <br /> natural environment.
