12 <br /> EXHIBIT A <br /> Scope of Work <br /> July 18, 2011 <br /> EVERETT RIVERFRONT DEVELOPMENT <br /> PROJECT GROUP 3 PUBLIC AMENITIES <br /> CONTRACT AMENDMENT#5 <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> During the term of this AGREEMENT, the CONSULTANT (MacLeod Reckord) and identified <br /> SUBCONSULTANTS shall perform professional services in connection with the following project: <br /> Everett Riverfront Development <br /> Project Group 3 Public Amenities <br /> Scope of Services <br /> MacLeod Reckord will provide a range of general engineering and management consulting (GEC) <br /> services and technical expertise in all phases of the delivery of the following tasks related to the <br /> Riverfront Development Project Group 3 Public Amenities: <br /> Task 000 GEC Management <br /> 001 Site Analysis and Reporting <br /> 002 Coordination Meetings, City Team Meetings, Grant Application Support <br /> 003 (Not Used) <br /> 004 (Not Used) <br /> 005 Permit Application and Coordination <br /> 006 Wetland and Habitat Enhancement <br /> 007 Geotechnical Engineering Design and Review <br /> 008 Trail Development • <br /> 009 3-Acre Park Development <br /> 010 Contingency and Misc. Projects/Tasks <br /> 011 Stormwater Management Implementation (Bigelow Creek Grant Work referenced <br /> here only, scope and fee included under Amendment#1) <br /> 012 (Not Used) <br /> The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, park and trail planning and design; <br /> architectural planning and design; wetland, stream, and shoreline enhancement planning and <br /> design; permit coordination and application; and environmental analysis, engineering, mapping, and <br /> reporting to support the work. <br /> Specific work within this amendment includes: <br /> • 60% Design Development PS&E for"Early Phase Projects" as identified in the Master Plan <br /> and further detailed in the 30% submittal dated February 2010. Projects include full <br /> development for the 3-Acre Park, Enhanced Trail in the Railroad Corridor, Enhancements to <br /> South Wetland Complex/Bigelow Creek (beyond basic work outlined in the grant), and North <br /> Wetland Complex/Wetland C/Walton Creek Enhancements. 60% Design Development level <br /> documentation will advance the level of detail of the work and provide necessary exhibits for <br /> permit review. - <br /> MACLE <br /> OD.RE 1 <br /> CFO D <br />
