Organize and administer regular internal coordination meetings of the <br /> design team to facilitate execution of the work. <br /> 0.2 Document Management: Provide for the management of drawings and documents <br /> received and generated over the course of the project, including review, distribution, filing, <br /> and storage. <br /> 0.3 Project Schedule: The CITY has established the overall project schedule that coordinates <br /> with other Consultant design teams and the Developer. A detailed schedule for the <br /> CONSULTANT work elements shall be prepared, integrated with the known schedules of <br /> others, and updated by the CONSULTANT, with input from the CITY. <br /> 0.4 Subconsultant Management: SUBCONSULTANT management shall include the <br /> preparation and execution of subcontracts with each SUBCONSULTANT involved in the <br /> project. The CONSULTANT shall provide ongoing overview of progress, review of invoices, <br /> and overall coordination of SUBCONSULTANTS involved in the project. <br /> 0.5 Invoicing: Prepare and submit regular invoicing and monthly progress reports. <br /> Deliverables: 1) Confract Documents. 2) Meeting Notes as required. 3) Schedule. 4) <br /> Invoicing. 5) Progress Reports. <br /> 001. Site Analysis and Reporting <br /> 1.1 Field Reconnaissance: Perform site reconnaissance on a periodic and as-needed basis to <br /> track changing site conditions and coordinate with work of others. <br /> 1.2 Wetland and Stream Delineation/Mapping Update: Update report and mapping to reflect <br /> scope of each project as necessary for submittal to permit review agencies. Separate <br /> wetland reports will be prepared for each of the three permit packages (Early Phase, Basic <br /> Trail, and South Wet and Complex). Each wetland report will be edited from the previous <br /> study for the entire p-oject area. No additional inventory is anticipated. <br /> 1.3 Geotechnical Investigation and Reporting: Provide geotechnical engineering <br /> investigation, analysi., and recommendations for Group 3 project components, including but <br /> not limited to: areas i•entified for significant earthwork, shoreline enhancement or <br /> reconstruction, pave ent, bridges, boardwalk, docks, buildings, walls, MSE, and other <br /> structures. Provide t-sting and analysis as authorized by the CITY. Coordinate with team <br /> members in investig.tion and analysis of existing sheet pile wall at 3-Acre Park. Specific <br /> tasks include: <br /> a. Additional tes ing of impacted soils as may be necessary for submittal to permit <br /> review agenc es is not included at this time. As specific requirements for additional <br /> testing are b=tter defined, additional scope and fee may be required. <br /> b. Analysis of data gathered in earlier contract efforts for 3-Acre Park, Railroad <br /> Corridor, No ,h Wetland Complex, and South Wetland Complex. <br /> c. Analysis and ecommendations/reporting to support design of: <br /> i. 3-Acr- Park restroom facility, crane pad, dock and bank stabilization <br /> includ ng existing and modified sheet pile wall, stormwater infiltration, and <br /> pave ent section; <br /> ii. Railroad Corridor(1) bridge foundation, slope stability at outfall and along <br /> emba kment, suitability of soil reuse, and pavement section; <br /> iii. North etland Complex bank stability for new channels and outlets, and <br /> suitab lity of soil reuse; <br /> iv. South Wetland Complex (1)trail bridge foundation (assuming upgrade to fire <br /> acces. bridge will be needed in future), bank/slope stability at outfall, <br /> chann-ls, and along embankment, and (1) wetland outfall structure. <br /> 4 <br /> 70 <br />
