d. Final report of above analysis/recommendations (draft report was provided under
Amendment#2). See Task 007 for more detailed scope on preparation of PS&E by
Geotechnical Engineer and review of PS&E prepared by other team members.
1.4 Hydraulic Modeling and Reporting: Provide hydraulic modeling for (adjusted) baseline
conditions as required and final development options throughout the site. Modeling data to
inform wetland channel design, riverbank design, materials, and constructability in 3-Acre
Park, Railroad Corridor, North Wetland Complex, and South Wetland Complex. Incorporate
data made available by others for off-site impacts to on-site improvements, including:
a. 41st Street stormdrainage flows into Railroad Corridor channel.
b. Landfill stormdrainage flows into Railroad Corridor channel.
c. 3-Acre Park and 36th Street stormdrainage flows into Railroad Corridor channel.
Provide documentation as required for planning/design and permit application.
1.5 Maintenance and Data Download from Monitoring Stations: Water Quality/Level
Monitoring including maintaining up to 6 water level monitoring stations in the Bigelow Creek
subbasin, inclusive of two river gauges installed near upstream and downstream limits of the
Riverfront site.
1.6 Cultural Resource Reporting and Support: Provide supplemental cultural resource
support for Section 106 consultation as required to address comments/questions during
agency review of permit applications.
1.7 Update of Survey and Base Information: From CITY Consultant provided data, format
and update existing base maps as additional data is available through monitoring survey of
surcharge projects, additional data from bathymetric survey, and other verifications in the
field. Additional survey may be required throughout the preliminary design process, as the
CITY, Developer, and other Groups (1 & 2) make revisions to existing conditions as
necessary for preloading and phasing.
Deliverables: 1) Updated Wetland and Steam Delineation/Reports. 2) Geotechnical
Investigation and Evaluation Reporting/Data for design. 3) Hydrological Evaluation Data,
including raw data from monitoring. 4) Base Survey Information. 5) Stormwater
Memorandum. 6) Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPP) for one 100%package.
002. Coordination Meetings, CITY Team Meetings, Grant Application Support
2.1 Coordination with Other Consultants: Coordinate Public Amenities projects (Group 3)
through the CITY with CITY's Consultant Groups 1 and 2 on other Riverfront related
projects.
2.2 Coordination with the Developer: Coordinate with the project Developer, Oliver McMillan,
through the CITY.
2.3 Coordination with CITY: Coordinate with CITY to assist and support by preparing grant
applications, supporting graphics, cost estimates, and other materials as requested.
Deliverables: 1) Meeting Notes. 2) Design Charette exhibits as required. 3) Grant application
support and documentation up to the budget identified for this sub task.
Meetings (at a maximum) 10 project manager meetings; 1 full group meetings; 4 Group 1
and/or Group 2 meetings; 4 City staff meetings. Use of teleconferencing and
videoconferencing as possible to maximize efficiency.
003. (Not Used)
5
71
