It is assumed that up to 3 phases may be necessary.
Three General Site Plans at 1"=50' scale will be used for each phase with one
additional detail sheet per phase as necessary. Tnformation from the construction
sequencing plans will also be used to develop the temporary traffic control/ detour
plans.
g. Temporary Erosion and Sedimentation Control(TESC)Plans
The design team will produce eight Temporary Erosion and Sedimentation Control
Plans and two TESC detail drawings. It is assumed that the TESC Plans will be at
1"=20' scale. The plans and details will incorporate Best Management Practices
(BMPs)as outlined in the Department of Ecology"Stormwater Management Manual
for Western Washington Volume II, 2005 edition".
h. It is assumed that these eight plans
will cover construction access, roadway, sidewalks, and general dimensions of
landscaping strips.
j. Drainage Plans and Profiles
The design team will produce a total of three Drainage sheets including stormwater
quality treatment and conveyance and will also show other underground utilities.
Drainage Plans will be at 1'=20' scale and will show the locations and approximate
size of the drainage facility;the conveyance system including direction of flow,
approximate pipe sizes and outfall location; locations of easements. Up to two
drainage details will be developed as necessary.
k. Striping Plans
The design team will prepare striping sheets to reflect final striping conditions when
the project is completed.
