1 <br /> b. The objectives, activities and deliverables described herein include preliminary <br /> engineering through construction. Scope tasks for Phases 2 and 3 will be amended <br /> based on the outcome of Phase 1. <br /> c. Budget for the project scope is based on a Phase 1 project schedule of 6 months, <br /> commencing with notice-to-proceed. The budgets and durations of Phases 2 & 3 are <br /> to be determined based on the outcome of Phase 1. Budgets for Phases 2 & 3 will <br /> be augmented by amendment. <br /> d. <br /> e. The Consultant may shift budget between work tasks. <br /> f. The City will provide certain documents including, but not limited to the list below. <br /> g. The City's drafting Standards will be used. <br /> h. Design and Standard Specifications and Details shall utilize: <br /> • City of Everett's Design and Construction Standards. <br /> • Washington State Department of Transportation/American Public Works <br /> Association (WSDOT/APWA), Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge and <br /> Municipal Construction, 2010 edition. <br /> • The City's master specifications and applicable additional provisions to the <br /> Standard Specifications. <br /> • Washington Department of Ecology latest edition of Criteria for Sewage Works <br /> Design (the Orange Book). <br /> i. The Consultant will rely on General and Special Provisions, Standard Specifications, <br /> and Standard Details provided by the City. The Consultant may recommend changes <br /> to the Standard Specifications where project conditions warrant. The Consultant will <br /> prepare special technical specifications where required by the project. <br /> 3. CITY FURNISHED DOCUMENTS <br /> The City will provide the documentation described herein. Additional documentation and <br /> services to be provided are listed in individual task assumptions. Documentation provided by <br /> the City will include: <br /> a, Recent studies and other information that is relevant to the project. <br /> b. Otak SWMM model. <br /> c. GIS data for the project area. <br /> d. CCTV video, data, and reports for sewers examined and evaluated by City crews. <br /> e. Waterline assessment and replacement information including waterline materials and <br /> depth information, as directed by the City. <br /> f. Online links to survey monument data. <br /> g. Requirements for survey book. <br /> h. Online link to City Design Standards. <br /> i. Standard and Master specifications. <br /> j. City Special Provisions. <br /> k.
