d. It is our understanding that with the exception for the requirements of SEPA <br /> and Dam Safety,that no other permits are necessary to complete the work. <br /> Any permit or review fees will be the responsibility of the Owner. • <br /> e. Review plans, specifications, and cost estimates with the Owner. <br /> f. Final Design Contract Documents will be developed along with final cost <br /> estimate(100%)in Owner and Dam Safety Approved format and will include <br /> the following: <br /> g. Submit final contract Documents and cost estimate to Owner,to include <br /> incorporation of all previous Owner comments. <br /> h. Conduct an on-site review with the Owner. <br /> i. Perform a quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC)review of all <br /> documents in order to address those relevant issues that may affect the project. <br /> The project management covers this activity. <br /> k. Submit Owner approved fmal construction plans and specifications to Dana <br /> Safety. <br /> Task 4—Permits and SEPA <br /> This work will include preparation of State environmental Policy Act(SEPA)expanded <br /> checklist for the work area associated with the#1 Line Tunnel stabilization/plugging or <br /> rehabilitation, and where applicable present mitigation measures. The checklist shall be <br /> prepared for use by the Owner to assist making a threshold determination regarding the <br /> proposed project. The preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement(EIS),if <br /> required, is not included in this scope. All costs for publication and circulation of the <br /> Notice of Determination of Non-Significance, as applicable,will be paid for by the <br /> Owner. This task will also include contact and submission of the Engineering report to <br /> the Dam Safety, addressing questions and comments regarding the project work,and <br /> complying with applicable Dam Safety standards. <br /> Task 5—Meetings <br /> a.
