• <br /> 11 <br /> • <br /> CITY OF EVERETT <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 4 <br /> The City of Everett and GHD agree to amend and modify their professional services agreement <br /> dated January 16, 2007 (the"Agreement") as follows: • <br /> WHEREAS, GHD and the City entered into an agreement dated January 16, 2007 to provide <br /> engineering services for the City of Everett Shore Avenue Stormwater Outfall; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett requires additional design services from GHD to evaluate <br /> alternatives,prepare preliminary design drawings and wetland delineations, <br /> WHEREAS, the total amount of compensation stated in the agreement and the subsequent <br /> amendments is insufficient for the additional work and$208,100 of contract value is needed to <br /> perform the additional work for a total of$350,984; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City of Everett and GHD agree to amend and modify the Agreement as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. The additional work as described in Attachment 1 is added to the Scope of Work <br /> described in Exhibit A of the agreement. <br /> 2. Paragraph 4(D)is modified to read as follows: <br /> • Total compensation,including services and expenses, shall not exceed a maximum <br /> of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Four Dollars ($350,984). <br /> 3.
