Letter of Intent(40 Points) <br /> Complete and attach Exhibit G-Letter of Intent to the proposal. Use the form provided. The <br /> italicized text in the Letter of Intent is intended as guidance only. Failure to complete the <br /> form constitutes non-compliance and rejection of the proposal. <br /> 6.0 SHORT LIST-FINAL SUBMITTALS &INTERVIEWS <br /> Short List submittal information is presented to provide Developers an understanding of future <br /> submittal requirements,process,and scoring. As a result of the initial submittal evaluation,a <br /> Short List,consisting of not more than three firms,will be invited to partake in Final Submittals <br /> and Interviews.The Final Submittals will consist of a Refined and Formalized Development Plan <br /> Refined Marketing Plan,Development Budget,Financial Information, and Guarantees. Finns <br /> will attend interviews and present proposals to the City Council. <br /> A. Formal Development Plan(20 Points) <br /> 1.
