Provide improvements to aquatic and terrestrial habitat in the City of Everett <br /> drainage basins. <br /> The following tasks are included in this Scope of Services for Phase 2 of the SWCP: <br /> Task 1—Project Management and Coordination <br /> Task 2—Develop Separate SWCP Protocol Document <br /> Task 3—Basin Characterization <br /> Task 4—Identified Basin Issue Rating and Ranking <br /> Task 5—CIP Project Development <br /> Task 6—Update SWCP Document <br /> Task 7—North Creek Fish Surveys and Invertebrate Collection <br /> Task 1—Project Management and Coordination <br /> 1. 1—Project Management <br /> Project management will include coordination of Otak team members, scheduling of <br /> resources, and preparation of progress reports and billing statements. <br /> 1.2—Project Work Plan and Schedule <br /> Otak will develop a project work plan. This plan will include project instructions, overall <br /> project schedule, meeting schedules, staffing plan, project file organization, and scope <br /> of services. The project instructions will provide team members with,project information <br /> including the goals of the comprehensive plan, required degree of detail,deliverables, <br /> and milestone dates. <br /> A project schedule, using MS Project, will be prepared and updated on a monthly basis <br /> for the duration on the project to reflect completed tasks, milestones, and other changes <br /> in task efforts. A list of important project activities such as consultant deliverable due <br /> dates, scheduled meetings and presentations, and City submittal review schedules will <br /> also be prepared. The list will be updated when the project schedule is updated. <br /> 1.3—Coordination with City of Everett <br /> Regular coordination between Otak's and Everett's project managers includes: <br /> • Informal weekly 30-minute coordination telephone calls. <br /> • Monthly written project status reports accompanying invoices to the City's <br /> project manager.
