Task 5 Deliverables: • CIP project rankings for the top 20 projects • CIP project summary sheets Task 6— Basin Plans and Watershed Plan Document Preparation This Task includes the analyses and preparation of a basin plan chapter for each of the nine Phase 2 basins. The basin plans will be inserted into the watershed plan as outlined in the Protocols document. 6.1—Basin Plans Otak will prepare a Basin Plan for each of the nine basins to document the drainage analysis of the City's surface water systems. Each basin plan will include stormwater calculations, graphics, summary of analysis methods, results, and CIP concept design recommendations. These will follow the basin plan outline presented in the Protocols document. 6.2—SWCP Volume 3 Port Gardner Bay Watershed Plan The final SWCP format, as outlined in the Protocols document, is a four-volume report. Volume 1 will be a Summary and Implementation Plan and will be written as part of Phase 3. Volumes 2, 3 and 4 are watershed plans. The Basin Plans developed in Phase 1, 2 and 3 are envisioned as individual chapters that will be inserted into the watershed plans as they are completed. This task will complete Volume 3 Port Gardner Bay Watershed Plan. Task 6 Assumptions: • City will prepare report-ready graphics in GIS based on sketches from Otak for each Basin Plan • Each Draft Basin Plan will be reviewed by the City's Internal Review Team • The City will provide one compiled set of comments from City staff, with conflicts between review comments resolved by the City Project manager. • Each Final Basin Plan will be reviewed by the City's project manager only to verify that all comments have been addressed.
