Only changes to the RFP identified <br /> and addressed by formal written addenda shall be binding on the City. <br /> Changes to the RFP will only be made through formal written addenda. Oral <br /> responses to questions will be for informational purposes only. <br /> D. Addenda May Be Issued: In the event it becomes necessary to revise any <br /> part of this RFP, addenda will be issued and published on the City's website <br /> by the City's Purchasing Department. If addenda are issued, the time and <br /> date set for submittal of Proposals may be changed by the City to enable <br /> Proposers to take into account the addenda in preparing their Proposal. <br /> E. Other Provisions Unchanged:_ If an addendum is issued amending this RFP, <br /> all provisions that are not modified remain unchanged. <br /> F. Acknowledgement of Addenda: Proposers shall acknowledge receipt of any <br /> and all addenda to this RFP by acknowledging on the Proposal Certification <br /> Form included in Attachment B of this RFP. <br /> 7.0 PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> A. Submittal Requirements: One original (unbound) and ten (10) bound copies <br /> and one (1) electronic CD copy of the Proposal containing the information <br /> required by this RFP shall be submitted. The bound proposals should be in <br /> an 8 1/2" by 11" format. Non-recyclable materials are strongly discouraged. <br /> Proposers are encouraged to "double side" the printing of their proposals, <br /> however, for the purposes of page limitations of the proposal outlined in the <br /> RFP, one side of a printed page is considered one page. <br /> Proposals must be submitted on or before the date and time specified in <br /> Section 3.0 of this RFP, to the following address: <br /> City Clerk <br /> City of Everett <br /> Wall Street Building, First Floor <br /> 2930 Wetmore <br /> Everett, WA 98201 <br /> B.
