Preconstruction Issues: <br /> 1. Philosophy: Describe your firm's philosophy and general approach to <br /> Preconstruction Services. <br /> 2. Capabilities: Identify your firm's experiences and expertise in providing <br /> the types of Preconstruction Service activities identified in Attachment <br /> A. <br /> 3. Preconstruction Challenges: Discuss preconstruction challenges for <br /> this project, including, but not limited to: <br /> a. Phasing of the Liquid and Solids Handling for design and <br /> construction <br /> b. Staffing for preconstruction and construction concurrently <br /> c. Coordination and design review throughout preconstruction <br /> for both phases <br /> 4. Identify the Preconstruction activities that you see as being- most <br /> important to the success of the project and elaborate on the anticipated <br /> benefits of those activities to the project. <br /> 5.
