Self-Perform_Work: Indicate the scope of self-perform work the firm <br /> proposes to bid on, and its ability to perform such work. The GC/CM <br /> selected for this Project, including any subsidiaries of the GC/CM or <br /> joint venture partners may not perform more than 30% of the <br /> negotiated MACC`and will be subject to the requirements of RCW <br /> 39.10.390. <br /> 2. Quality Control: Provide a summary of your firm's approach to <br /> developing and implementing quality control plans and programs <br /> during construction, addressing, at a minimum, the following: <br /> a. Quality assurance and inspections <br /> b. Coordination and management of subcontract work to <br /> ensure quality of work <br /> c. Coordination of commissioning <br /> d. Description of quality control organization your firm plans to <br /> employ <br /> e. Describe the levels and authority of the individuals to be <br /> assigned quality control responsibilities on this Project. <br /> Describe the role and degree of independence that is <br /> proposed for the individual(s) or firm(s) responsible for <br /> quality control and how corrections to adverse inspections <br /> will be managed. <br /> D. Safety Issues: Describe your proposed approach and commitment to ensure <br /> the safety of workers and the public on this Project. <br /> Evaluation Criterion 5 Proposer's Ability to Meet Time and Budget 70 points <br /> Requirements <br /> Note: Information submitted in response to this Evaluation Criterion should be no <br /> longer than two (2) pages. <br /> A.
