Strategies and Approach: Discuss your firm's strategies and approach <br /> for arranging and packaging subcontract bid packages to encourage <br /> the participation of local contractors <br /> 9.0 REFERENCE CHECKS <br /> Prior to the interview with finalists, the City will conduct reference checks by contacting <br /> those individuals submitted by the Contractor with their proposal in response to this <br /> RFP.
