REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS <br /> General Contractor/Construction Manager Services for <br /> Water Pollution Control Facility Expansion-Phase C <br /> ---- <br /> invite them to an interview. Those not invited to interview will be notified of that fact. <br /> Prior to the interview, the City shall provide the firms with a list of questions to respond <br /> to in the interview. The selection committee may also ask other questions during the <br /> interview that were not provided ahead of time. <br /> At a minimum, the corporate executive dedicated to the Project, the project manager, <br /> the superintendent, cost estimator, and other key individuals responsible for <br /> preconstruction and construction services shall attend. <br /> For the interview, finalists will be rated based on the following evaluation criteria: <br /> Evaluation Criteria for Interview Points <br /> Presentation: Clarity of expression and thoroughness of presentation, 50 <br /> firm's understanding of and approach to the requirements of the project. <br /> Specific Questions: Thoroughness and insight in providing direct and clear 100 <br /> answers to the questions asked. <br /> Communication: Overall quality of the team's presentation including <br /> interpersonal communications between team members and the interview 50 <br /> panel. Quality of questions asked by the firm. <br /> Total for Interview: 200 <br /> 11.0 FINAL PROPOSALS <br /> A. Instructions: The form and format of the Final Proposals, instructions <br /> regarding information required, and other details of submittals will be provided <br /> in the RFFP. <br /> B. Assigning Points Based on Prices: The shortlisted finalist proposers, based <br /> upon their Proposal and Interview scores, will be requested to submit a Final <br /> Proposal as described in Section 5.0 E. Those interviewed but not requested <br /> to submit Final Proposals will be notified of that fact.
