� REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS X/- General Contractor/Construction Manager Services for � Water Pollution Control Facility Expansion-Phase C _:mac Conditions for each phase of work, shall score the full 200 points possible for the Final Proposal criterion. Other Final Proposals will receive points for the Final Proposal criterion based on the following formula: Low Conforming Final Proposal Price divided by the Contractor's Final Proposal Price multiplied by 200 (total points available). C. Prices Requested: Proposers invited to submit Final Proposals will submit the price amounts on a Final Proposal Form to be provided, as described in Section 5.0 E. The definitions of the Percent Fee and Specified General Conditions Work will be specifically defined in the Request for Final Proposals (RFFP)to be provided to those firms selected to submit Final Proposals. D. Calculating the Total Proposal Amount: The dollar amounts submitted on the Final Proposal Form will be added together to determine a single number for the Total Proposal Amount. E. Time Period for Validity of Total Price Offer Amount: In submitting a Final Proposal, all Proposers agree that the prices included in the Final Proposal Form shall be valid until completion of all Preconstruction Services and through completion of negotiations for each Phase Cl MACC and Phase C2 MACC, and execution of the GC/CM Construction Contract(s) for Phase Cl and Phase C2, for the full Total Contract Cost. F. Irregularities: In completing the Final Proposal Form, the Proposer must enter a number for each item on the form. No other entries, modifications, qualifications, or exclusions shall be made to the Final Proposal Form. Failure to comply in full with these requirements may be grounds for a Final Proposal being declared non-responsive. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Final Proposals, and to waive as an informality any non-material irregularities in the Final Proposal received. G. Data for Final Proposal Form: The name, address, and Contractor's Washington State registration number shall be typed or printed on the Final Proposal Form in the space provided, along with the other information required on the Form. H. Filling out the Final Proposal Form: Final Proposals must be (1) submitted on the forms furnished by the City or on copies of those forms, and (2) manually signed in ink.
