Funding is sought for the purchase and acquisition of 1) <br /> Mobile Command Vehicle Operating Equipment 2) Camera Recording System 3) Computer <br /> Forensic Software 4) Simmunition Conversion Bolts and Cartridges 5) Digital &Video Forensics <br /> Software 6) Millennium Riot Control Gas Mask Filters 7) Ballistic Shield 8) IP Network Camera <br /> and Raven XE Modem 9)Vista Software Upgrade 10) Pole Camera 11) Dive Safety Harnesses <br /> Mobile Command Vehicle Operating Equipment <br /> The first project proposed is the purchase of operating equipment for a newly purchased <br /> Mobile Command Vehicle. The equipment shall include a generator with controls and <br /> specialized wiring,telescoping flood lights, portable floodlights, strobe lighting and vehicle <br /> awning. The estimated cost of this equipment is $20,446.00. <br /> Camera Recording System <br /> The second proposed project for JAG funding is the purchase of an eight camera motion <br /> censored recording system for our Property and Evidence Room for the ability to record areas <br /> of transactions and a safer environment. The estimated cost of this equipment is $8,800.00. <br /> Computer Forensic Software <br /> The third major element of the current grant funding proposal is purchase and acquisition of <br /> EnCase and X-Ways Forensics software for our Computer Forensics Unit. This provides <br /> additional tools for critical evidence gathering. The estimated cost of this equipment is <br /> $7,100.00. <br /> 24 <br />
