Deliverables: ICF will provide EPWD with an electronic copy of the draft JARPA form for review and <br /> comment. ICF will incorporate one round of consolidated comments received from EPWD in track <br /> changes. <br /> ICF will then create three(3)binder-style JARPA packages,including the JARPA form,the Wetland <br /> Critical Area Report, Cultural Resources Assessment Report, and the BA <br /> ICF will prepare one(1) compiled PDF of the JARPA package for EPWD's records. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • EPWD will provide a project description, design sheets(which will include volume and area of <br /> excavation and fill,existing and proposed impervious surface area, location,sizing and efficiency <br /> of stormwater treatment and detention facilities),extent of direct wetland impacts,changes in <br /> treatment that may alter water quality at the discharge(assumed improvement in water quality at <br /> discharge), general construction equipment and methods,avoidance and minimization measures, <br /> timing and duration of construction activities. <br /> • EPWD will provide name and address of adjacent property owners as required in the JARPA. <br /> • Any changes to the project description as anticipated herein and as described at the April 9, 2012 <br /> meeting between EPWD and ICF may affect associated costs of all tasks included within this • <br /> SOW. <br /> • This SOW assumes mitigation for unavoidable wetland impacts will be proposed as a <br /> combination of wetland mitigation credits from the Smith Island/Union Slough mitigation site, <br /> the Blue Heron Slough wetland mitigation bank,and/or credits from the to-be-restored area south <br /> of 12th Street. <br /> • This SOW does not include response to JARPA comment letters from any federal, state,or local <br /> agency <br /> • <br /> Task 5 - Project Management and Coordination <br /> ICF's project manager and financial administrative assistant will be responsible for administering the <br /> contract, scheduling resources,handling team communication(both internally and with client team), <br /> responding to requests for information,preparing invoices,tracking budget, and related project <br /> management and administration tasks. <br /> Coordination includes internal coordination within the ICF project team regarding schedules,budget, <br /> project progress,and project approach,as well as coordination with client staff as necessary to advance <br /> the project. <br /> This task includes up to 1,4-hour, in-person meeting attended by the project manager/wetland biologist at <br /> the request of the client if necessary to advance any aspect of the project and 4 hours of coordination with <br /> the Corps ESA compliance lead related to the BA preparation and consultation. <br /> Everett Public Works Department,WPCF expansion <br /> 8 <br /> April 12,2012 <br /> 80 <br />
