Subtask 2.8—Division 1 Specifications • SAIC will take the lead in developing the Division 1 specifications. • SAIC will review the City's Division 1 Specifications, and modify as appropriate to suit the requirements of GC/CM contracting and the WPCF GC/CM project. • SAIC will respond to specification questions during the procurement process. • SAIC will collaborate with City staff, the Design Engineer (as appropriate), and City attorney,to prepare the draft Division 1 Specifications. • • The Division 1 specifications will be an RFFP attachment.
