Provide information on key performance indicators such as'cost, schedule, ease <br /> of implementation, ability to meet project objectives, lessons learned,project controls, and <br /> resources required. <br /> • Identify actions and schedule issues associated with implementation of each of the GC/CM <br /> and Design-Build project delivery methods. <br /> Subtask 1.2-Prepare Draft Project Evaluation Report . <br /> SAIC will prepare a Draft Project Evaluation report that will compare the GC/CM and <br /> Design-Build Project delivery approaches including advantages and disadvantages and the steps <br /> and time frames required for implementation. The report will include the following: <br /> ■ Description of GC/CM and Design-Build delivery approaches. <br /> ■ Preliminary comparison of applicability to the WPCF expansion. <br /> • Comparative summary of advantages and disadvantages including the City preferences <br /> identified in Task 1.1. <br /> • • List of project level risks. <br /> • List of candidate evaluation criteria. <br /> • Implementation timelines. <br /> • Recommended alternative. • • <br /> • Draft Project Delivery Implementation Plan describing the steps required to implement <br /> chosen project delivery approach including obtaining State of Washington Certification, <br /> City Council authorization, issuing the RFP, evaluation of proposals, and contract <br /> execution. <br /> Six(6) copies of the draft Project Evaluation Report will be transmitted to the City for review. <br /> Subtask 1.3—Prepare Draft Project Evaluation Report <br /> Ten(10) copies of the draft Project Evaluation will be delivered to the City. SAIC will present <br /> this report to the City staff at time of delivery. SAIC will step the City.staff through the report- <br /> identifying the contents, evaluations, conditions, advantages, disadvantages which leads to the <br /> recommendation made in the report. - <br /> Following review by the City, a final report will be prepared and fifteen (15) copies will be <br /> transmitted to the City.In addition to the 15 hard copies, an electronic file will be made available <br /> to the City. <br /> Subtask 1.4—Additional Services <br /> SAIC will assist the City by conducting additional analysis and technical services as requested <br /> by the City. <br /> • <br /> • <br /> File: 001581 I 9651100046 March 28,2012 Page 4 of 19 <br /> 7 <br />
