Parking must be per City Zoning Code and City Design and Construction Standards and <br /> Specifications: for the 400,000 square feet of manufacturing space proposed, aminimum of <br /> 333 parking stalls is parking stalls is required for each building (manufacturing standard=one <br /> stall per 600 square feet). Note: this calculation does not include office space. Additional <br /> parking will likely be required based on inclusion of office space. Handicap parking space must <br /> be provided per Everett Municipal Code and state law. <br /> 18. A pedestrian circulation system for the site must be approved by the Planning Director and <br /> Traffic Engineer prior to the issuance of any building permits. Where <br /> an alley abuts a lot,the garbage receptacles, dumpster, or recycle bin shall be located <br /> adjacent to the alley. <br /> b. All garbage dumpsters and recycle bins must be screened from view from the street and <br /> from adjacent properties. This screening may be done using dense vegetation or by <br /> placing the dumpster or recycle bin in a structural enclosure. <br /> C.
