For each submittal the City will provide the Consultant with the following: <br /> • Written review comments marked on one set of submitted documents. <br /> • Comments within two weeks of the date of submittal by the Consultant. <br /> 3. CITY FURNISHED DOCUMENTS <br /> For Detailed Design, the City will provide the documentation described herein. Additional <br /> documentation and services to be provided are listed in individual task assumptions. <br /> Documentation provided by the City will include: <br /> a. GIS data for the project area. <br /> b. Waterline replacement information including waterline materials and depth <br /> information. <br /> c. Online links to survey monument data. <br /> d. Any supplement to online link to City Design Standards that might be available. <br /> e. Standard and Master drawings and specifications. <br /> f. City Special Provisions. <br /> 4. SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Detailed Design Includes the following tasks: <br /> • <br /> Task 100— Project Management <br /> The purpose of this task is to provide oversight and management of the work for all phases of <br /> the work, including contract administration, oversight of subconsultants, quality review and <br /> assurance, and periodic communication with the City. <br /> • <br /> • <br /> Activities: <br /> Project Administration. The following activities are included: <br /> • The Consultant will manage the project according to the Scope, Schedule, and Budget <br /> included in this Scope of Work and its Exhibits. <br /> • The project schedule will be prepared using MS Project and will identify significant tasks <br /> and anticipated durations, significant milestones, and City reviews and approvals. <br /> • The Consultant will monitor the schedule and prepare updatesquarterly during design. <br /> • The Consultant will prepare a monthly progress report to accompany each monthly <br /> invoice. Progress reports will include a narrative of work completed, schedule <br /> adherence, budget adherence, and anticipated work for the next period. <br /> • The Consultant will retain and manage subconsultants. Management will include <br /> preparation of subcontracts, review of progress, review of monthly invoices, review of <br /> subconsultant QA/QC procedures and results, and safety coordination. <br /> Action/Decision Log. The Consultant will develop and maintain an Action Item Log and a <br /> Decision Log throughout the project.
