Exhibit 6. <br /> 33.Background Checks — Sgt. Bosman recommended that Ms. Ahn obtain <br /> background checks on her employees. Ms. Ahn told me that she conducted a <br /> background check on her employee Peter Kim. <br /> 34.Notwithstanding this, Sgt. Bosman's own research found that this employee had two <br /> recent felony convictions and had an active warrant for his arrest. <br /> 35.Outdoor Illumination — Sgt. Bosman recommended that Ms. Ahn install better <br /> lighting to illuminate the dark parking areas. <br /> 36.As of May 30, 2012, Ms. Ahn failed to repair two of four burnt out exterior lights, and <br /> did not add any additional lighting in the parking areas. The areas that remain <br /> poorly illuminated and were discussed with Ms. Ahn include the northwest parking <br /> lot and west side breezeway. <br /> 37.Video Monitoring — Sgt. Bosman recommended that Ms. Ahn install video cameras <br /> in the office and parking lots/exterior of the building along with monitoring <br /> equipment. <br /> 38.Exclusion List— Sgt. Bosman recommended that Ms. Ahn develop a "Do Not Rent" <br /> list. Problem guests are to be placed on this list, and these guests are to be <br /> provided with trespass warnings prohibiting them from entering the property. <br /> 39.Ms. Ahn initially implemented a "Do Not Rent" list. On May 16, 2012, however, Sgt. <br /> Bosman found that only one name of the 12 suspects recently arrested from the <br /> hotel were on that list. Sgt. Bosman understood that Ms. Ahn was aware of the <br /> recent incidents and was present during most of the arrests. <br /> 40.On July 10, 2012 Sgt. Bosman provided Ms. Ahn with a suspect list that included <br /> people involved in illegal drug activity at the Best Inn. Sgt. Bosman has indicated he <br /> will assist Ms. Ahn in updating the suspect list for her use as a "Do Not Rent" list. <br /> 41.Ms. Ahn had a video camera and monitor installed in the office area but has not <br /> installed a system to monitor the building exterior. <br /> 42.West Fence— Sgt. Bosman recommended that Ms. Ahn fence off the west side, <br /> exterior breezeway which creates a prime environment for criminal activity because <br /> this area is hidden from the public and the office. <br /> 43.This was not done until late July, 2012 after the Clerk's office denied Nomiju's <br /> overnight lodging license. On June 13, 2012, officers found several used drug <br /> needles in this area. On July 17, 2012, Sgt. Bosman found drug paraphernalia, <br /> 18' <br />
