Workshop will be 4 hours in length, and will include 1 hour of travel time and 1 hour for <br />preparation and meeting notes following the workshop for a total of 6 hours per <br />workshop. Workshops will be attended by up to 4 consultant staff (Project Manager, <br />Senior Engineer, Project Engineer, and Structural Engineer). <br />8. Draft Pre -Design Report comments will be provided within two weeks <br />9. Final Design Report will be provided two weeks after Pre -Design Report comments are <br />received. <br />Deliverables <br />1. Draft and final Pre -Design Report in electronic (Word and PDF, emailed) format. <br />2. Decision log and issues log for review/comment by the City summarizing decisions <br />made and direction going forward with f=inal Design. <br />Task 400 — Permit Acquisition and Environmental Services <br />Objectives <br />1. Identify the permits necessary for the project. Assistance with acquisition of permits will be <br />during the design phase. <br />2. Environmental studies and documentation necessary to support the permitting process. <br />Subtask 400.1 Review Existing Information and Site Visit <br />HDR Services <br />1. Review existing information provided by the City. <br />2. Participate in a site visit to the project area to confirm natural and built environment <br />conditions to assist in confirming permit and environmental requirements. <br />Client Responsibilities <br />1. Provide information that is available and/or requested. <br />2. Provide existing reports and studies documenting the sediments of the Oxidation Pond <br />and constraints associated with disturbing these materials. <br />Assumptions <br />1.
