PagOof
DD 17-- "S202._
While en-route to the north precinct I spoke with- I asked her how long she had been selling drugs and
she said that she just began selling out of the Best Inn the day prior. then began to ask who had snitched
her out. We talked about how the call was anonyms. We discussed other drug dealers in the area and
appeared to be very well connected and spoke of a distribution point for many of the drug dealers in Everett,
cell phone was in my passenger seat and I noticed that since her arrest the phone had over 32 missed
calls on it.
Upon arrival at the EPD north precinct I further interviewed_ There she completed a written constitutional
rights waiver form and gave a written statement stating that the items inside room 112 belonged to her and that she
had been selling drugs out of the room for the past two days.
Officer Dutson, Officer Sampaga, and Officer Anderson assisted by processing the evidence. Officer Dutson
advised that there was a total of 13.6 grams of methamphetamine and that the substance tested positive for meth.
He advised that he had a total of 19.24 grams of marijuana. Officer Dutson also advised that the heroin recovered
from Evans tested positive for heroin and weighed .47grams.
I then began to identify the pills recovered. One set of pills packaged in three separate small packages were white
oval pills with 4212 Von them. I used drugs.com to identify these pills and found that they were muscle relaxers
available by prescription only. There were a total of 15 of these pills in three separate packages.
Another set of pills found in a baggie were white and oval with WATSON 349 on them. I again used drugs.com to
identify these pills and found them to be a mixture of acetaminophen and hydrocodone. These pills are a
controlled substance available by prescription only. There were four of these pills.
did not have a prescription for either pill. I asked her what types of pills they were and she called them
percocets.
While processing the evidence phone would not stop ringing. I observed that many of the incoming
phone calls had names associated with the phone numbers and that I recognized many of the names as well
known drug users. Finally I answered one of the phone calls. When I answered the hone I said "hello
phone". A female on the other line said "let me talk to I informed her that was not available, but that
I would talk to her. She then asked "who's this", I res onded "Nathan who's this". She responded back that her
name was and asked "are ou selling for . Believing that she was referencing drugs I told the girl
that I was selling fort then began to tell me that she was on her way from the casino, and that she
wanted $40dollars worth of heroin. I informed her that I would be happy to meet her at a store close to the police
station. She advised that she would be at the location soon arriving in a black truck. After the cal phone
stopped workin because the battery was depleted. Because of this I was not able to accept the future incoming
call from Officers checked the area of the store, but because of call volume and an unknown time the
suspect would show no one was located.
Officer Sampaga assisted by impounding phone as evidence.
1 certify(or declare)under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of Washington that the foregoing is true and correct (RCW 9A.72.085.)
OFFICER SIG RE 0/ AT EVERETT WASHINGTON DATE FORCE USED FLEEING
2/19/2012 YES ❑ NO Com' YES ❑ NO.0--
OFFICER NAM NU'BER/ UNIT P_RmtF :/PERS.NO.
WALLACE,N 1334 122 /
IBR CLEARANCE ()UNFOUNDED DISTRIBUTION: ()JUV ()TRAF HER: ILOGGED'
()ARR/A ()EXC/A OPA OCPS OHD ODET I /
()ARR/J ()EXC/J ()ADMIN ()DSHS ()MH ()PAT DAT INITIALS
❑ENTERED RMS / ❑ENTERED WACIC/NCIC / ❑CL D WACIC/ /
DATE INITIALS DATE INITIALS DATE INITIALS
Rev.2/2007
