Given that she admitted to selling drugs, was in possession <br /> of over 13 grams of methamphetamine with some of it already packaged for resale, packaging material and scales <br /> I found probable cause to arrest her for possession of methamphetamine with intent to sale. <br /> Given that she was in possession of almost 20 grams of marijuana with some of it already packaged for resale, <br /> packaging material and scales I found probable cause to arrest her for possession of a controlled substance with <br /> intent to sale. <br /> Given that she was in possession of 4 hydrocodone pills with no prescription I found probable cause to arrest her <br /> for possession of a controlled substance. <br /> Given that she was in possession of a legend drug with no prescription and had this drug packaged for resale I <br /> found probable cause to arrest her for possession of legend drug with intent to sale. <br /> I seized the $707.00 dollars found on as profits from illegal drug sales. I completed and read to her the <br /> seizure form. signed the form and took a copy of the receipt. <br /> was transported to jail where she was booked on the above charges and her two outstanding warrants. <br /> Given that was contacted inside her SODA zone I found probable cause to arrest her for violation of the <br /> SODA. Given that she was staying in a motel room where a large amount of drugs was recovered, and evidence <br /> of drug use and sales was found I found probable cause to arrest her for loitering for the purpose of engaging in <br /> drug related activities. -was also transported to jail and booked. <br /> Given that while investigating a narcotics complaint, heroin was in plain view hanging from socket I found <br /> probable cause to arrest him for possession of a controlled substance. He was transported to jail and booked. <br /> Through Officer Pountain's contact and interview with_he developed probable cause to arrest her for <br /> possession of a methamphetamine and possession of heroin. <br /> - Officer Sampaga assisted by transporting all items of evidence to the property room. I was made aware that the <br /> collecting officer portion of the property report had not been completed.
